Adrian Ambros serves as the broker/owner of Miami Realty Group. As a former Fannie Mae risk representative, Adrian was responsible for developing and implementing FannieMae’s loss mitigation program throughout Florida, as well as coordinating the sale of residential property throughout the state. Previously, Adrian was the REO and claims settlement representative for Verex Assurance Corporation (pmi) throughout Florida and Puerto Rico. Adrian is a past chairman of Freddie Mac’s Real Estate Advisory Group. He has been a resident of Miami since 1961, and has been in residential real estate sales and property management since 1977.

Carmen Ambros, a former U.S Department of HUD Auditor, was in charge of REO sales and claim settlement for Verex Assurance (PMI) throughout the southeastern United States for 9 years. As a past member of Freddie Mac’s Real Estate Advisory Group, Carmen has been actively involved with REO sales and management since 1985.  She has been a Florida resident since 1976 and has been licensed in real estate since 1981.
